- @Mark - Bush didn't start these wars. Since you seemed to have forgotten already, America was attacked from terrroists based in Afghanistan. Hussein ignored all warnings of the US and the UN to abide by UN resolutions. These idiots started these wars, not Bush.

- @ranknfile - It you are so amused by serious problems that we Veterans have, why don't you go suck on a banana! I have buddy that had a leg blow off in Vietnam; years later he is ready to end his life. It would be nice if you would just say thank you and be on your way.

- They don't have to fire her; just eliminate her job and have the Deli report to the Store Manager. Give her a few weeks severance pay and problem solved. It's amazing how employees, even Manager's think they have influence over a corporation they work for unless they are major stockholders.

- Employees have no influence on firing senior management unless they are a majority of stockholders or sit on the Board of Directors who make those determinations. I'm curious as to how you think employees could have an influence on firing of senior management otherwise?

- @paragus - This is how they see there (sp) employee's a low pecking order ... haha That comment WAS NOT made by anyone supervising WalMart employees. Go back and read the article and you will see it was a quote from: "Rick Wartzman, executive director of the Drucker Institute, who said:
